She has been serving as the Director of Nursing since 2024. Nicole’s strengths include her advanced communication skills, which enable her to effectively engage with both staff and patients, fostering trust and clarity in all interactions.

With a steadfast commitment to compassionate and personalised care, Lei is pivotal in overseeing and improving clinical care standards across our facility.
