Residents and families will be invited to celebrate Myanmar New Year, also known as the Thingyan Water Festival, a traditional festival that symbolises cleansing, renewal, and welcoming the new year. During the celebration, residents will have the opportunity to learn about Myanmar culture and traditions.
Our residents and community members will enjoy traditional performances, cultural activities, and a festive atmosphere, all celebrating together in the spirit of unity and well-being. Your presence would mean a great deal to our residents and add to the significance of this special occasion.
Program Highlights:
• 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Burmese Dance Performance & Water Splash Blessing
• 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Meeting and Greeting
• 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Traditional Burmese Lunch
• 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Respect Ceremony for Elders
• 2:30 PM – 3 PM: Photo Session
