The Director of Nursing and the team have an open-door policy. Any complaints, feedback and suggestions are welcome and viewed in a positive light as an opportunity to improve our service. Comments and complaints are taken seriously and dealt with in a timely and confidential manner.  The complainant will be informed of the receipt of the complaints initially; and informed of the outcome after complete investigation of the issue with open disclosure manner.

If you feel that your particular problem has not been adequately addressed or answered by the Garden View management/administration team, then the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission (“the Commission”) can be contacted on 1800 951 822.

There is a Compliments, Complaints and Concern Form and secure confidential box located in the front foyer. Alternatively, form can be download from this site and email don@gardenview.com.au or if the matter is more serious and remains unresolved email the board at board@gardenview.com.au.

Residents, relatives and visitors are invited to participate in our quality program through family conferences, care recipients /carers meetings or by writing your comments and placing them in the suggestion box (found near the front door).  Your suggestions will form a vital part of our overall Continuous Quality Improvement Program.
